Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Lead Business Analyst will manage requirements, guide project teams, and ensure operational excellence while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, with occasional travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain processes for managing requirements and providing production support
• Lead the design, analysis, and evaluation of reports and resource documents
• Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience analyzing provider policy and business process changes
• At least 3+ years of Medicaid provider experience or Medicaid provider enrollment experience
• BABOK certification preferred
• Ability to write complex SQL queries preferred
