Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Sales Strategy team, the full-time remote Lead Business Analyst will drive growth and productivity through data-driven insights, develop innovative strategies, and enhance business performance while collaborating with global leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and data-driven support to stakeholders across Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Build and maintain relationships with sales partners, presenting strategies and outcomes to senior executives
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and support cross-functional programs to drive performance improvements

Required qualifications

• Proven experience presenting to revenue-driven C-suite executives
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau, with knowledge of SQL, R, or Python preferred
• Strong analytical skills to turn raw data into actionable insights and scalable reporting
• Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business
• Experience in defining key metrics and conducting analyses for strategic decision-making
