Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Sales Strategy team, the remote Lead Business Analyst will drive growth and productivity through data-driven decisions, develop innovative strategies, and report on Key Performance Indicators while collaborating with global leaders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and operational support to stakeholders across Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Build and maintain relationships with sales partners, presenting strategies and outcomes to senior executives
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends to maximize business impact while supporting cross-functional programs and processes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience presenting to C-suite executives and driving influence through innovation
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau; knowledge of SQL, R, or Python is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to turn raw data into actionable insights and scalable reporting
• Ability to adapt to the needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create innovative solutions
• Experience in defining key metrics and conducting analyses for strategic decision-making
