Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Sales Strategy team, the full-time remote Lead Business Analyst will drive growth and productivity through data-driven decisions, develop innovative go-to-market strategies, and report on Key Performance Indicators while collaborating with global leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and operational support to cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Build relationships with sales partners and present strategies and outcomes to senior executives
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and support cross-functional programs to enhance performance and productivity

Required qualifications

• Proven experience presenting to revenue-driven C-suite executives
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau; familiarity with SQL, R, or Python is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights
• Experience in defining key metrics and conducting analyses for strategic decision-making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous working environment
