Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Sales Strategy team, the full-time remote Lead Business Analyst will drive growth and productivity by providing data-driven insights, reporting on Key Performance Indicators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and decision-making support to stakeholders across various departments
• Build and maintain relationships with sales partners and present strategies to senior executives
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and support cross-functional programs to drive performance improvements

Required qualifications

• Proven experience presenting to C-suite executives and driving influence through innovation
• Highly experienced with data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau; proficiency in SQL, R, or Python is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to turn raw data into actionable insights and scalable reporting
• Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business
• Expertise in defining key metrics and conducting analyses to derive actionable insights
