Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Sales Strategy team, the remote Lead Business Analyst will drive growth and productivity through data-driven decisions, develop operational strategies, and report on Key Performance Indicators while collaborating with global leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and decision-making support to cross-functional stakeholders
• Build relationships with sales partners and present strategies to senior executives
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and support cross-functional programs to enhance performance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in presenting to C-suite executives
• Highly experienced with data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau
• Strong analytical skills to turn raw data into actionable insights
• Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business
• Expertise in defining key metrics and conducting analyses for strategic insights
