Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Sales Strategy team, the full-time remote Lead Business Analyst will drive growth and productivity through data-driven decisions, develop operational strategies, and report on Key Performance Indicators while collaborating with global leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation through data-driven support to cross-functional stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with sales partners and present strategies to senior executives
• Liaise with leadership to monitor KPIs and identify trends for maximizing business impact

Required qualifications

• Proven experience presenting to C-suite executives
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau; familiarity with SQL, R, or Python is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to transform raw data into actionable insights
• Ability to adapt to the needs of a high-growth SaaS environment
• Experience in defining key metrics and conducting analyses for strategic insights
