Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Sales Strategy team, the full-time remote Lead Business Analyst will drive growth and productivity through data-driven decisions, develop innovative strategies, and report on Key Performance Indicators while collaborating with global leaders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and operational support to cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Build and maintain relationships with sales partners and present strategies to senior executives
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and support cross-functional programs to enhance performance and productivity

Required qualifications

• Proven experience presenting to C-suite executives and driving influence through innovation
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau, with knowledge of SQL, R, or Python as a plus
• Strong analytical skills to transform raw data into actionable insights and scalable reporting
• Ability to adapt to the needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create innovative solutions to complex problems
• Experience in defining key metrics and conducting analyses to derive insights
