Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a dynamic project environment, the remote Lead Business Analyst will apply business analysis leadership throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions with clients and stakeholders to capture business needs and functional requirements
• Create clear business requirements, functional specifications, and supporting documentation for solution delivery
• Facilitate workshops and solution discussions to align stakeholders and drive decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including writing business requirements and functional specifications
• Experience working on medium to large-scale technology or business transformation projects
• Strong understanding of requirements management, testing support, and solution delivery
• Experience in the life insurance and annuity domain is preferred
