Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic business initiatives in the financial services sector, the contract Lead Business Analyst will analyze complex business processes, develop business requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations using SQL, SAS, and Tableau while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements
• Create ROI and financial business case analyses

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong Mortgage, HELOC, or Mortgage Servicing experience
• Strong SQL and SAS experience
• Tableau reporting and dashboard development
• Experience within large banking or fintech organizations preferred
