Leading business analysis across the full project lifecycle, the full-time remote Lead Business Analyst will manage requirements gathering, solution design support, and implementation while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions to capture business needs and functional requirements
- Create business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows for solution delivery
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders and drive decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including writing business requirements and functional specifications
- Experience with medium to large-scale technology or business transformation projects
- Strong understanding of requirements management and solution delivery
- Experience in the life insurance and annuity domain is preferred
