Lead Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading business analysis efforts in a remote capacity, the temporary Lead Business Analyst will manage requirements gathering, solution design support, and testing while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions to capture business needs and functional requirements
- Create business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows for solution delivery
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective solution designs and implementation plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including writing business requirements and functional specifications
- Experience with medium to large-scale technology or business transformation projects
- Strong understanding of requirements management, testing support, and solution delivery
- Experience in the life insurance and annuity domain is preferred
