Lead Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Lead Business Analyst will manage the intake and assessment of ideas for conversational AI solutions, coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, and generate performance reports and dashboards.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, log, and track incoming ideas and proposals for conversational AI solutions
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather details, clarify requirements, and facilitate decision-making
- Generate reports and dashboards related to usage, user satisfaction, effectiveness, and ROI
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong technical and business experience, particularly with digital product managers
- Experience analyzing data from Snowflake and other data sources
- Proficiency in Snowflake, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel
- Understanding of conversational AI technologies, including NLU and LLMs
