Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the EDRS Adoption team, the full-time contractor will provide support for electronic death reporting by collaborating with healthcare facilities and stakeholders, managing daily assignments, and troubleshooting technical issues, while working remotely with occasional onsite requirements in Harrisburg, PA.

Key responsibilities:

• Assign and prioritize teamwork assignments while providing direction to the EDRS Adoption team
• Engage with program SMEs and stakeholders to verify application functionality and escalate technical problems
• Develop training documents and conduct outreach to assist external stakeholders with EDRS enrollment and support

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, customer service, or end-user support
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• History of successful training or technical support delivery for professional audiences preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage remote connectivity effectively
