Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst - wmA Insurance Migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to identify business requirements and define the scope of system migrations and conversions
• Own the end-to-end business analysis process, ensuring alignment with insurance operations and regulatory requirements
• Conduct assessments of existing insurance product configurations to identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the life insurance domain, focusing on Universal Life and Traditional Life products
• Extensive hands-on experience with Vantage/wmA (Wealth Management Accelerator)
• Proven track record in leading large-scale migration and conversion projects in insurance
• Deep expertise in TRAD product configuration and data conversion methodologies
• Experience in building out Product Wizard tables and configuring product rules from scratch
