Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst - wmA Insurance Migrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements to identify business requirements and define the scope of system migrations and conversions
- Own the end-to-end business analysis process, ensuring alignment with insurance operations and regulatory requirements
- Conduct assessments of existing insurance product configurations to identify opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the life insurance domain, focusing on Universal Life and Traditional Life products
- Extensive hands-on experience with Vantage/wmA (Wealth Management Accelerator)
- Proven track record in leading large-scale migration and conversion projects in insurance
- Deep expertise in TRAD product configuration and data conversion methodologies
- Experience in building out Product Wizard tables and configuring product rules from scratch
