Lead Business Analyst - Mortgage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst - Mortgage Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct current-state assessments of mortgage servicing workflows and perform value stream analysis
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders
• Create process flows, wireframes, and future-state diagrams while identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in US mortgage servicing, originations, and capital markets
• Proven experience in process mapping and workflow documentation
• Strong understanding of the mortgage lifecycle, including servicing, originations, and capital markets
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and familiarity with regulatory compliance guidelines
