Lead Business Analyst/Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in Falls Church, VA, the full-time Lead Business Analyst/Program Manager will manage system administration of procurement systems, provide technical direction for complex projects, and assist with the implementation of a new contract writing system.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in system administration and provide solutions for procurement information systems, including user access and training support
• Coordinate and conduct customer work sessions to gather and document requirements, translating business needs into system configurations
• Support project completion within estimated timeframes and budget constraints while escalating risks and issues to the client

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, procurement, and system administration within the public or private sector
• Extensive knowledge of the procurement business process and experience with DoD systems
• Experience with IT systems functional analysis, requirements design, and test execution
• Demonstrated knowledge of the software development lifecycle and ability to facilitate group sessions
