Lead Business Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements; evaluate and optimize business processes
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on business needs throughout the project lifecycle
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, user stories, and training materials to support development and user adoption

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years as a Business Architect or Senior Business Analyst in Software Development
• 5+ years gathering requirements and documentation using Jira, Confluence, and Visio
• 5+ years working with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
• 5+ years in Healthcare, Medicaid, or Pharmacy Systems with strong industry knowledge
• 5+ years leading teams and mentoring junior analysts and architects
