Lead Business Consultant

Job Summary

Driving customer success in a remote capacity, the full-time Lead Business Consultant will manage consulting projects focused on optimizing business processes and maximizing ROI through NiCE solutions while building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of business improvement projects, ensuring high client satisfaction and measurable outcomes
• Develop and manage business cases for product value, aligning strategies with stakeholder needs and engagement
• Provide expert guidance and advisory services, delivering strategic presentations to senior executives

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of consulting experience in CX strategy, contact center transformation, or software/CCaaS
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business value through CX/QM/Analytics technology solutions
• Strong understanding of CCaaS, analytics, and modern AI capabilities
• Familiarity with NICE Interaction Analytics, Nexidia, or similar platforms is required
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs for task automation is highly preferred
