Lead Business Development Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Business Development Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own analytics for the Business Development pipeline including conversion, cycle time, and win/loss metrics
• Translate analysis into prioritized operational changes that impact EBITDA
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across CRM and related systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a senior analyst with strong revenue funnel experience
• Experience in business analytics, Excel, data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), SQL, and/or Dax
• Ability to operate within systems and processes beyond just reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
