Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the key data partner for business teams and senior leadership, providing insights for strategic decision-making
• Develop Tableau dashboards and toolkits to standardize success management strategies and shared KPIs
• Curate business analytics content in Tableau and manage data ingestion processes in collaboration with Analytics Engineering

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in an analytics development role
• Advanced skills in data engineering (SQL, Tableau Prep, custom formulas)
• Experienced in data visualization and dashboard development, preferably with Tableau
• Proven quantitative and analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and forecasting
• Experience working with various data sources such as Salesforce and Workday
