Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic Lead Business Intelligence Analyst with over 5 years of analytics experience, this full-time remote position will manage data partnerships across product, clinical, and finance teams, architect measurement frameworks, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights to drive organizational strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary data partner for cross-functional teams, aligning initiatives and fostering a data-informed culture
• Architect robust measurement frameworks to quantify the economic value and ROI of solutions for stakeholders
• Own the project data lifecycle, from ideation to reporting, while collaborating on data structures and visualization solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant analytics experience
• Strong to advanced SQL skills and experience with Cloud Data Platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and BI reporting tools (e.g., Looker)
• Expertise in building semantic layers (LookML) and managing version control via GitHub
• Proven ability to manage the full data lifecycle and fulfill complex client-facing data requests
• Exceptional communication skills to distill complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
