Lead Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
To support the vision of personalized and proactive care, the full-time Lead Business Intelligence Analyst will utilize analytics tools to develop data visualizations, answer critical business questions, and promote data literacy among stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize standard analytics tools to surface insights and develop data visualizations focused on consumer insights and clinical effectiveness
- Contribute to enterprise data stewardship and ensure data quality, measurement best practices, and data security
- Document, develop, and communicate analytic findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with a relevant four-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with financial, clinical, or web-based systems computing
- Proficiency in supporting and distributing interactive data visualizations
- Preferred experience with Epic, Cerner, or other EMR systems
- Familiarity with SQL, DAX coding, and scripting in R and Python is preferred
