Lead Business Intelligence Developer
Job Summary
Leading a team in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Lead Business Intelligence Developer will design, develop, and support business intelligence systems, optimizing reporting and analytics technologies while mentoring team members.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain business intelligence technologies and architectures while ensuring data security and performance improvement
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and optimize reporting information
- Lead small projects, developing detailed work plans and coaching team members on best practices
Required qualifications
- Master's degree and/or LOMA certification
- 8+ years of business intelligence or relevant experience, including expertise in Kimball dimensional modeling
- Proficient in Power BI, including semantic model design and DAX development
- 4+ years of data analysis experience with demonstrated team leadership abilities
- Experience with semantic layers, cubes/extracts, and reporting technologies
