Lead Business Intelligence Developer

Job Summary

Responsible for managing and developing business intelligence assets, the full-time Lead Business Intelligence Developer will work remotely to partner with business and clinical leaders, utilizing Power BI and data visualization skills to create user-friendly BI tools and assess current BI offerings.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and maintain reusable semantic models while serving as a subject matter expert for technical users
• Collaborate with diverse business clients to define and document complex reporting requirements
• Develop and maintain reports and services using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Health Care, Information Management, or Statistics
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in requirements gathering, analysis, or reporting
• Proficiency in SQL Server and understanding of relational databases and complex views
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize analysis results effectively
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
