Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to the Architecture Review process
Manage Solution Architecture Salesforce cases and ensure timely completion of reviews
Develop action plans for decisions and manage documentation in the Architecture Review Repository

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a highly related field; advanced degree preferred
General knowledge of relevant products and their interactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with SFDC CPQ and sales-related systems preferred
Able to work extended hours during month and quarter-end cycles
