Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Process Analyst to support enterprise contracts and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis and optimization of core procurement lifecycle business processes from source to pay
  • Support implementation of procurement systems modernization initiatives including requirements definitions, testing, and deployment efforts
  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies to support user tool adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering systems implementation projects
  • Familiarity with procurement, subcontracts, and US Government contracting
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment
  • US citizenship is required
