Lead Business Process Architect
Job Summary
Serving as the technical lead for business process architecture, the contract-to-hire Lead Enterprise Business Process Architect will analyze complex business and technical artifacts, develop enterprise-level BPMN process models, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end BPMN business process models across complex enterprise transformation initiatives
- Review team BPMN deliverables for accuracy and adherence to standards
- Coach and mentor junior analysts on BPMN standards, modeling techniques, and process documentation quality
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst, Business Process Architect, or similar role within complex enterprise environments
- Expert-level experience developing BPMN process models for large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
- Deep experience leading process architecture efforts for large-scale enterprise systems or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience coaching and mentoring teams on business process modeling
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex client engagements in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
