Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent methodology in business case development and track ROI for launched projects
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive performance improvement and engage with senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience managing and leading projects in consulting, healthcare, or related sectors required
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Process quality certification preferred
