Key Responsibilities

• Lead Director-level searches across G&A, Sales, Strategy & Operations, and CXI, implementing inclusive search strategies
• Act as a talent advisor to senior leaders, providing market insights and influencing hiring decisions
• Build and maintain external talent networks, engaging leadership candidates for current and future roles

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years focused on Director-level hiring in non-technical domains
• Strong client management skills to influence and guide senior leaders through complex search processes
• Ability to leverage market intelligence and external networks to shape hiring strategies
• Proven capability to build long-term relationships with senior candidates
• Experience excelling in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong project management skills
