Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business System Specialist - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and utilize systems with Center of Excellence/Expertise teams
  • Represent the business team in various meetings and submit tickets for work needed
  • Develop solutions to troubleshoot system issues, provide training, and manage complex processes

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years related retirement plan and business system analyst experience
  • Experience with Relius Administration (FIS) system, SQL, and BluePrism (RPA)
  • Preferably experience with Crystal Reports, PowerBI, Salesforce, and/or STATA
