Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support an enterprise healthcare client, the remote contract Lead Business Systems Analyst will gather and validate business and technology requirements, translate user needs into functional requirements, and manage the project lifecycle to ensure effective system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to define project scope and metrics
• Translates conceptual user requirements into clear functional requirements for the development team
• Plans and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) while monitoring IT service levels specified in SLAs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in requirement gathering and analysis for IT projects
• Proficiency in creating systems and business process models, specifications, and documentation
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
