Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Experience Cloud and collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable solutions
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and design sessions for Experience Cloud initiatives
• Analyze and document business processes, data flows, and user journeys while ensuring compliance and data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models
• Proven experience delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments
