Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathers, validates, and analyzes business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
• Translates user requirements into functional specifications and creates models and documentation for developers
• Manages the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 5 - 7 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and skills
• Experience with data processing and knowledge of healthcare payer business functions is desired
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work independently
