Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate, define, and document systems/application objectives in collaboration with systems architecture and development teams
• Prepare detailed specifications and perform key portions of the system development lifecycle for complex applications
• Act as the primary liaison between business areas and systems teams, providing support and troubleshooting for existing applications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong collaborative team skills with leadership experience
• Experience in vendor engagement for contract personnel issues
• Ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships
• Software development background is preferred
