Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst to oversee solution delivery and act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document business objectives and identify system requirements for projects
• Analyze current systems for improvement opportunities and validate business requirements
• Develop test plans, provide end-user training, and create necessary documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in Business Systems Analysis or related field
• Experience in the non-admitted wholesale insurance space and familiarity with relevant software solutions
• Hands-on experience with configurable vendor policy administration systems, preferably C1 or Insurity products
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Basic SQL experience and understanding of Data Analytics and IT Infrastructure
