Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex analysis efforts and define solution direction for cross-functional initiatives
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into clear requirements and assess impacts of proposed solutions
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Business Systems Analysts and contribute to organizational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
• 7-10+ years of experience in business systems analysis or consulting in enterprise environments
• Experience owning analysis and solution direction for complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven ability to influence decisions and outcomes across teams
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure) preferred
