Job Summary

• Lead requirements strategy and execution across the authentication value stream
• Guide and mentor Business Systems Analysts, establishing best practices for documentation and delivery
• Gather and document complex business and technical requirements in an Agile environment

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in software development
• Proven experience leading requirements efforts across large, complex initiatives
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and Agile frameworks
• Deep experience documenting system requirements and workflows
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and system integrations
