Lead Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst - Accounting Automation & AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and gather requirements for technology solutions focused on automation and efficiency
- Lead application requirements and solution design meetings using Agile and traditional methodologies
- Partner with architects and developers to design and deliver automation and AI-enabled solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of business systems analysis experience
- 5+ years of experience in planning and leading solution delivery in a large-scale environment
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise database management systems
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience in an Agile environment
