Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the business analysis process, the full-time Lead Business Systems Analyst will work remotely to identify business requirements for system solutions, recommend process improvements, and enhance overall productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments to align IT solutions with business initiatives
• Facilitate the elicitation of business and systems requirements while leading project teams in developing complex information systems
• Prepare detailed documentation for business and system requirements and provide formal recommendations to management based on research and analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related business discipline, or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business systems analysis
• 2-4 years of industry experience preferred
• Two years of experience managing technical projects in a complex environment
