Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Lead Business Systems Analyst will formulate, define, and document system/application objectives while collaborating with various teams to support actuarial valuations and investments divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Document system/application scope and objectives while working closely with systems architecture and development teams
• Gather, document, and analyze requirements for complex, multi-platform applications throughout the system development lifecycle
• Act as the primary liaison between key business areas and systems teams, communicating project feasibility, status, and issues to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated collaborative team skills with proven leadership capabilities
• Experience in vendor engagement for resolving contract personnel issues
• Strong ability to forge and maintain business partnerships
• Background in software development is a plus
