Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Leading collaboration between business and technology stakeholders, the contract Lead Business Systems Analyst will gather and validate requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support projects involving AWS Connect in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and success criteria
• Translate conceptual user needs into clear, functional requirements for the development team
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Experience with AWS Connect
• Proficiency in documenting requirements in Confluence
• Knowledge of healthcare payer business functions and operations
