Job Summary
As the Lead Business Systems Analyst for the Store Item and Inventory Management System (SIIMS) team, this full-time hybrid position will gather detailed requirements for business area requests, focusing on optimizing workflows and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Drive analysis of complex business processes to define and deliver enterprise-scale technology solutions
- Lead cross-functional requirements gathering and solution design sessions using Agile and traditional methodologies
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business partners to design and implement automation and AI-driven solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of business systems analysis experience
- 5+ years of experience in planning, organizing, and leading solution delivery efforts in a large-scale distributed environment
- Strong working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in an Agile environment utilizing Azure DevOps or similar tools
