Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Lead Business Systems Analyst will gather and validate business and technology requirements, analyze project impacts, and translate user needs into functional specifications for a healthcare client.

Key responsibilities

• Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to define project scope and metrics
• Translates user requirements into functional specifications for developers and project teams
• Plans and coordinates user acceptance testing while monitoring IT service levels specified in SLAs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in business process modeling and requirements analysis
• Ability to create technical documentation and user manuals
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing processes
• Experience in managing project lifecycles and stakeholder communications
