Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support an enterprise healthcare client, the remote contract Lead Business Systems Analyst will gather and validate business requirements, translate user needs into functional specifications, and manage project lifecycle requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
• Translates conceptual user requirements into clear functional specifications for developers
• Plans and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) while managing the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in business process modeling and requirements gathering
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and user manuals
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams
• Familiarity with service-level agreements (SLAs) and IT service monitoring
