Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Leading a hybrid team, the full-time salaried Lead Business Systems Analyst will analyze and develop features for the point-of-sale system, manage project plans, and collaborate with enterprise teams to ensure operational excellence and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the analysis, development, and delivery of the point-of-sale system
• Oversee project management and ensure adherence to security and architectural standards
• Maintain effective partnerships with business representatives and vendors to align on strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of business systems analysis experience
• 5+ years of experience planning, organizing, and leading solution delivery efforts in a large-scale environment
• 5+ years of experience analyzing complex problems and translating them into scalable technology solutions
• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment utilizing Azure DevOps or similar tools
