Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Specialist - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and deployment of business systems for the Retirement Plans division
Act as a subject matter expert in report generation and troubleshooting reporting issues
Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams on system integrations and enhancements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of experience in retirement plan and business system analysis
Preferred experience with Relius Administration (FIS) system or Omni
SQL experience preferred
Strongly preferred experience with Crystal Reports, PowerBI, Salesforce, and/or STATA
