Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Specialist - Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of business systems for the Retirement Plans division
- Act as a subject matter expert in report generation and troubleshooting reporting issues
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams on system integrations and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in retirement plan and business system analysis
- Preferred experience with Relius Administration (FIS) system or Omni
- SQL experience preferred
- Strongly preferred experience with Crystal Reports, PowerBI, Salesforce, and/or STATA
