Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Specialist - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, and deployment of business systems for the Retirement Plans division
  • Act as a subject matter expert in report generation and troubleshooting reporting issues
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams on system integrations and enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in retirement plan and business system analysis
  • Preferred experience with Relius Administration (FIS) system or Omni
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Strongly preferred experience with Crystal Reports, PowerBI, Salesforce, and/or STATA
