Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Specialist - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and deployment of business systems for the Retirement Plans division
Act as a subject matter expert for report generation and troubleshooting reporting issues
Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors on system enhancements and integrations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
3-5 years of related retirement plan and business system analyst experience required
Experience with Relius Administration (FIS) or Omni preferred
SQL experience preferred
Experience with Crystal Reports, PowerBI, Salesforce, and/or STATA preferred
