Job Summary
Working remotely within the U.S.A., the full-time Lead Business Systems Specialist will assist in the design, development, and deployment of business systems for the Retirement Plans division, focusing on system enhancements, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Center of Excellence teams to implement and optimize business systems
- Represent the business team in meetings and submit tickets for necessary work to execute strategies
- Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support for system-related inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the retirement plans industry
- Previous experience with business systems is desired
- FIS Omni system experience is preferred
