Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Buyer.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage supplier partnerships to enhance innovation, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Participate in supplier selection, contract negotiations, and performance management
• Perform data analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage inventory effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management
• 7-10 years of Purchasing experience and 1-2 years of contracting experience
• ERP software experience, with strong knowledge of MRP preferred
• Familiarity with total cost analysis concepts
• Experience in a Lean Material Flow manufacturing environment is a plus
